I use Ning to host The Greenhouse, the community site for the web video shows RealWorldGreen.com and Gardenfork.tv.

At first glance i would suggest adding subdivisions to the Forum section to make it easier for people to post and find what interests them. Suggestions could be Tech Issues, Content Creators, Funding, etc.
